This is a scribble from my initial attempts at drawing with a graphics tablet. It looks mildly better than something drawn with a mouse, but not greatly so.
For information I usually draw everything witha pen on sheets of paper, then scan them and edit them on the computer before uploading them or sending them off or whatever. A lot of cartoonists use a graphics tablet for everything and never pick up a pen at all. Noel Ford, my fellow Church Times cartoonist, is one such example. To see what cartoons drawn on a graphics tablet should look like go and have a look at his site.
For now I’m sticking with my old fashioned methods for the paid work that I do, but I’ll be practicing using the tablet. I might post some of the odd experimental results here.
